Hi, I’m Sarah
Since becoming a mother myself to a toddler, I understand the highs and lows of motherhood! I decided to specialise in Perinatal Mental Health because I’m so passionate about women’s voices being heard. I understand how difficult it can be to have the space and time for yourself, but you matter too!

My past
I have always worked within education which include the roles of Teaching Assistant, Pre-School Teacher and Nursery Nurse. I also worked as a private Nanny for many years. This is where my career as a Counsellor began as I developed strong therapeutic relationships with different families.
Alongside Talking Matters Therapy
Alongside my private practice, I enjoy family time and being with my toddler. I love being outside, running, going to cafe’s, weekends away and spending time with friends. Finding a balance and having things to look forward to is really important to me!
